Logistics & Tariffs
Aug 22 — Chapayevsk (Samara, 500+ evacuated, 4 injured); Aug 23 — Orenburg (300+ evacuated, operations halted, listings hidden); Aug 24 — Enem (Adygea) and Makhachala (≈05:00, several injured). Warehouses in Adygeisk and Nevinnomysk confirmed undamaged and will resume. Ozon hid listings, cancelled/rerouted orders, and is redirecting in-transit goods to other warehouses at its own cost.
Sellers with active Ingosstrakh policies covering drone-attack damage will be compensated after inventory (Ozon pushes instructions; no need to contact the insurer). From Aug ̃28 Ozon cuts tariffs by 3 pp for nearly all categories across FBO/FBS/realFBS; some FBS fines waived until Sep 22; in-transit goods to hit warehouses are rerouted free. The Economy Ministry will consider further support if Ozon applies.
Policy & Compliance
Sellers on Wildberries with losses above 5% of annual revenue get a 12-month deferral (Aug 2026–Jul 2027) of VAT, profit tax and insurance, followed by 12 monthly installments. Tax audits and procedural deadlines for WB and sellers frozen until year-end; parent RWB gets the same. Finance Minister Siluanov submitted the package to PM Mishustin.

Hit by the warehouse attacks, Ozon shares on the Moscow Exchange fell about 20%, intraday to 2,158 rubles (−27.5% vs the Aug 21 close); affiliate Sistema (Ozon shareholder) dropped ~17%.
